Choose the right carpet cleaning company
How do you choose the right carpet cleaner? There are two types of carpet cleaning companies: those that try to cut costs wherever possible, and those who invest a little more time and money and willing end up with a slightly lower profit margin to maintain that great quality service.
A new carpet cleaning operator can easily buy an expensive carpet cleaning extractor machine, yet very few carpet cleaning companies actually take the time and money to invest in proper training, and then apply their newly invested education to the industry correctly.
So how do you know which one of these companies you’re hiring to clean your expensive carpets? One of the easiest ways to find out is to ask them to show a copy of their accreditation, and to look for their company name that training provider’s website. An example of a training provider could be NCCA (National Carpet Cleaning Association), IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), Woolsafe or the LTT (Leather Care Company).
Before your carpet cleaner touches your expensive furnishings be sure to ask him/her to show their training certificates and you should find out if their company name appears on the correct training-facilities’ websites.
